Oh Anxiety
The Book
Anxiety can feel like it starts in your mind.
The racing thoughts. The overthinking. The constant what ifs.
But anxiety is not only a thinking problem. It is also a body state.
Oh Anxiety introduces a different way of understanding anxiety through the Body-First Regulation Model.
Instead of asking you to fight your thoughts or force yourself to calm down, this book helps you understand what is happening in your body and gives you practical tools to begin regulating it.
Because when the body begins to feel safer, the mind has a chance to follow.

About the Author
Zorica Nesemeier is a kinesiologist, educator, and the creator of the Body-First Regulation Model.
For years, she has worked with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, and the physical effects of living in a prolonged state of overwhelm.
But her understanding of anxiety is not only professional. It is personal.
After experiencing anxiety herself for many years, Zorica became deeply interested in one question: Why can we understand our anxiety and still feel it in our body?
That question shaped her work and eventually became the foundation for Oh Anxiety.
Today, Zorica combines her professional experience with practical body-first strategies to help people better understand what is happening inside their body and learn how to work with it rather than against it.
Oh Anxiety brings those years of experience, observation, and personal understanding together in one practical guide.

“Stress lives in the body. So does the way out.”
